Entoloma atrocoeruleum is a medium sized pinkgill with dark blue cap, becoming browner with age and a blue fibrillose stem. The gills gradually become pale pink to brownish.

Ecology/Indicator Value: Entoloma atrocoeruleum is a relatively commonpinkgill in unfertilized grasslands, but it is sensitive to soil cultivation and fertilization. It is widely distributed along the coast, but is also found in localities that are more continental.
Fructification in Norway: From end of july to medio October, mainly in August/September. |
