Hygrocybe substrangulata is almost identical to Hygrocybe miniata, but the wet habitat and the larger spores can give an indication of the right species Characteristics:
Ecology Hygrocybe substrangulata grows on wet places sometimes in marshes. It has few finds in Western Norway and in Sunnhordland it has been found in Tysnes municipality. These specimens were found Stolmen in Austevoll municipality. Fructification in Norway: From beginning of June to end of october, mainly in September/October. |
